Amata Green secures a spot in Air Miners Launchpad!

Amata Green is proud to announce having been accepted into the AIR MINERS LAUNCHPAD program!!  

AirMiners is a meeting place and forum for teams and individuals working on mining carbon from the air, including startup founders, scientists, engineers, and more.  

Air Miners LAUNCHPAD is an accelerator program hosted by AirMiners for early startups and entrepreneurs, and was developed in partnership with XPRIZE and Creative Destruction Lab.  It is a 6-week program for early teams or individuals interested in the $100M XPRIZE Carbon Removal to help them accelerate toward entering the XPRIZE contest. 

Amata Green is one of 16 companies selected to participate in the accelerator program and is thrilled to begin its work in carbon mining.  Amata Green has been planning and organizing its Spain biochar project for the past two years and is currently working with Spanish government officials to set up the facilities in the province of Andalucia Spain.  

This summer will mark the launch of Amata Green’s Spain Biochar Project and construction will begin soon after. Carbon credits will be available for purchase once the facility is built, but PRE-purchases of carbon credits are also possible on PURO.EARTH (see AGSP).
